I recently enjoyed a rejuvenating stay at this guesthouse right above a good pastelería in Elvas. The location was perfect, just a leisurely walk from the main square, with free parking conveniently nearby. My one-bedroom apartment felt comfortable and clean, with great WiFi for planning my days exploring this historic town. The highlight was definitely the tranquility of the terrace—a lovely spot for unwinding with a view. Susana, our host, was always available, ensuring an efficient check-in and accommodating late checkout when I needed it. Elvas itself has charming locals and a cozy eatery next door that serves hearty local cuisine. It’s a wonderful base for anyone aspiring to explore the rich culture of the area. I'd consider returning when in search of a peaceful escape.
