I recently enjoyed a rejuvenating stay at this guesthouse right above a good pastelería in Elvas. The location was perfect, just a leisurely walk from the main square, with free parking conveniently nearby. My one-bedroom apartment felt comfortable and clean, with great WiFi for planning my days exploring this historic town. The highlight was definitely the tranquility of the terrace-a lovely spot for unwinding with a view. Susana, our host, was always available, ensuring an efficient check-in and accommodating late checkout when I needed it. Elvas itself has charming locals and a cozy eatery next door that serves hearty local cuisine. It's a wonderful base for anyone aspiring to explore the rich culture of the area. I'd consider returning when in search of a peaceful escape.
